Hands on Staging:
Our team arrives on-site and begins the
staging process. We do a thorough walk-
through of the home to determine what items
will be needed for staging and what items
should be relocated.
We begin by staging the areas most important
to a prospective buyer and most in need of
staging. Rooms will be staged by
repositioning furniture, relocating items that
are visually distracting and repositioning
and/or adding furniture or decorative
accessories.

Vacant Home Staging Services:
We offer staging services for vacant homes
and for occupied homes. For vacant homes
we offer either standard or upscale furniture.
Upscale furniture is necessary for homes with
large rooms and high ceilings or when a very
upscale impression is needed. Standard
furniture works well in homes with average
sized rooms.
